Paid Media & Growth Marketing Specialist

We are building a growth system for businesses and need an experienced Paid Media & Growth Marketing Specialist to become a long-term strategic partner. You will help each business identify the best customer acquisition strategy, improve performance, and scale results. Responsibilities include researching clients and competitors, developing acquisition strategies, launching and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns, collaborating with our designer on creatives, analyzing campaign performance, presenting improvement ideas, attending strategy meetings, and helping scale successful campaigns. We are not looking for someone to simply launch campaigns. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving growth problems, thinking strategically, and helping businesses grow through measurable customer acquisition systems. You will become part of a multidisciplinary team including designers, automation specialists and developers. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships, not short-term freelance relationships. We are looking for someone with strong Meta Ads experience, proven lead generation for local businesses, strong data analysis, excellent communication, and experience working with designers.
