Job Description I’m looking for a freelance editor for a premium equestrian travel, nature, and wellness project. To make sure we are a good aesthetic fit, we are starting with a paid trial project. The Trial Scope: I will provide 1.5 hour of mixed footage (raw Insta360 X5 files + standard flat .mov files). You will cut, reframe, and grade this mix into 3 short vertical clips (15–45s for Reels/TikTok). Critical Requirements: · Format Blending: You must be highly skilled at reframing 360°/FlowState footage into 9:16 vertical using smooth keyframe tracking, AND seamlessly cutting it together with flat .mov footage so the edit feels cohesive. · Specific Color Grading: We are going for an organic, analog film emulation look (Kodak Portra 400 style). Think desaturated olive greens, rich earthy browns, lifted matte shadows, and subtle 35mm grain. You must be able to color-match the 360 and .mov files. Strictly NO hyper-saturated “orange and teal” travel vlog looks or over-sharpened HDR. · Editing Style: Clean hard cuts, natural ambient sound, and burned-in lower-third captions. No dizzying spin/zoom transitions or trendy effects. · Admin/Legal: This is an unbranded, pre-launch project. You must be comfortable signing a standard NDA and IP Assignment Agreement before I transfer the trial footage. The Follow-on: If the trial is a success, this can immediately roll into a longer project sprint to cut 20–25 more clips from a 20-hour footage library.
