What we need is your face, your voice, and a space you can record in properly. HOW IT ACTUALLY WORKS You log into our creator dashboard. Your scripts are already there, written and ready to go. You load one into your teleprompter and record it. That is the whole job. Most recordings take 15–20 minutes, and once you are in a rhythm three an hour is normal. THE MONEY $10–20 per recording, depending on length and format. At three an hour that works out to $45–60 an hour of actual recording time. You are paid per video delivered, not per hour logged — so the faster and better you get, the more you make. Reliable creators get steady weekly volume. YOUR SETUP IS PART OF THE JOB This is important, so please read it before applying. You are recording from your own space, not ours — we do not provide a studio. That means your setup is a real part of what we are hiring, and we judge it as seriously as we judge your delivery. We are looking at: • Audio quality — clean, clear sound with no echo, hum or background noise. Bad audio is the single most common reason we say no. • Camera quality — sharp, well-exposed 1080p or better • Lighting — your face properly lit, not backlit or in shadow • Your recording space — tidy, quiet, and presentable on camera • Consistency — you can reproduce that same quality every time, not just once If your setup is not there yet, be upfront about it and tell us what you have. We would rather know honestly than be surprised on the first delivery. WHAT YOU DO NOT NEED • A big channel, or any channel at all • Writing or editing skills • Any experience in our niche OPTIONAL EXTRAS (these cost you nothing) • We will share our affiliate links for you to use on your own channel for extra income • We will monetize your inbox — our team sorts your incoming sponsorship emails, brings you ready-made deals to approve yes or no, and we split the profit TO APPLY On the proposal, please include: • A 60–90 second video of you talking to camera.
