Paid research interview: you ran employee onboarding or training after an acquisition

We're running a short, paid research study on what actually happens to employees after a deal closes: getting them onto the acquirer's payroll, HRIS, ERP, CRM, or internal tools, and training them to use it. We want people who did this hands-on, not from a distance. Integration and PMO leads, HR/HRIS/People Ops, IT leads, change management or L&D, and fractional COOs/CHROs are all a fit. You should be US-based and have worked on at least one acquisition in the last five years where acquired employees were moved onto new systems. 30 to 60 minute video call, $75/hr prorated. No prep, no right answers, nothing being sold.
