Paralegal / Legal assistant position open for our U.S. debt collection Firm

Our well established debt collection company has open positions with starting pay of $7 to $11 USD an hour (with room for growth) for our candidate along with extra weekly/sometimes daily bonuses. We pay every Friday and we don't hold back a week. 40 hour a week. 6 Am-2:30 Pm PST. No weekends. Lots of room for growth. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Paralegal/legal assistant to join our team. As a Paralegal/legal assistant at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and ensuring the efficient operation of our debt collection practice. The following qualifications are essential for success in this position: 1. Educated in the debt collection field and/or willingness for learning this field: 2. Legal Knowledge and Research Skills: • Strong understanding of debt collection legal principles, terminology, and procedures. • Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research using both traditional and electronic resources to support case preparation and analysis. • Perfecting collection claims for our clients. 3. Communication Skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and clients. 4. Organizational and Time Management Abilities: • Organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, documents, and deadlines effectively. • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in preparing documents and maintaining case files for our attorneys. 6 Analytical and Problem-Solving Aptitude: • Strong analytical skills to review and interpret legal documents, contracts, and case materials. • Proactive problem-solving abilities to anticipate and address potential issues. 7. Ethics and Professionalism: • Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information. 8. Team Player: • Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and other legal professionals to achieve shared objectives. • Willingness to support and assist colleagues when needed. 9. Adaptability and Initiative: * Be able to work 6 Am PST to 2:30 Pm PST US. • A proactive approach to taking initiatives and seeking opportunities to contribute positively to the team. 10. Experience: • Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in the collection field, while not mandatory, will be considered a strong asset.
