Parametric CAD Engineer - High-Tolerance Packaging & Closures

We are developing a premium fluid containment platform standard utilizing multi-material interfaces. We require an expert mechanical designer or specialized engineering agency to translate our initial specifications and 2D layouts into production-ready parametric 3D models (.STEP / .IGS). MANDATORY CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE): - Proven, stated experience modeling non-linear material deformation, interference fits, or high-friction elastomer/organic seals. (This is the critical mechanical core of the project; do not apply if you only model rigid parts). - Expert-tier mastery of parametric CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, or Creo). - Direct past experience engineering automated packaging equipment, beverage machinery, rotary capping turrets, or high-tolerance industrial closure/sealing mechanisms. - Deep familiarity with glass container manufacturing tolerances and universal bottle finish regulations (GCMI or CETIE finishes). This project is structured under a strict, fixed-price milestone format. All proprietary metrics, structural dimensions, and baseline layouts are heavily insulated. Applicants will be required to execute a comprehensive Mutual NDA and pass a short, 3-point technical geometry tree screening before receiving data access or contract finalization.
