Park conceptual architectural illustration (digital)

We need 2 digital architectural illustrations for a project proposal. Requirements are: 1. Digital, photorealistic to match as closely as possible the style of attached examples 2. Can be painted in Photoshop etc or modeled in Lumion, as long as visual look and feel of precedent images can be matched 3. Image 1 to show: boat ramp, kayak launch, access piers and people using them 4. Image 2 to show: fishing pier, jetty, on-pier pavilion area and people using them Timeline: Due Tuesday, Aug 3. I'm happy to select and contract today, Jul 30. I'm going to set this up as hourly since there will be some iteration and comments back from our side. I'd like an estimate of hours required from your end. I don't have CAD or other design work done. This is a high-level concept for a proposal. I have some site photos that can be used as a base to paint over. Thanks & let me know if there are any questions!
