Part-Time Bookkeeper

PROJECT DESCRIPTION We are a growing retail and lifestyle business operating across multiple locations in Jamaica. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper to manage our books on a part-time remote basis using QuickBooks Online. What You Will Do: Record and categorize daily transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records Generate regular financial reports including P&L and cash flow summaries Support payroll processing on a bi-monthly cycle Flag discrepancies and unusual variances promptly Liaise with the business owner and external accountant as needed What We Are Looking For: Proven experience with QuickBooks Online (required) Strong attention to detail and a track record of clean, accurate books Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable communication (prompt responses and flag issues early) Experience working with Caribbean or Jamaican businesses is a plus To Apply: Please include a brief overview of your QuickBooks Online experience, the types of businesses you have supported, and your hourly rate.
