Part-Time Candidate Interviewer

We’re looking for a warm, engaging, and reliable Candidate Interviewer to support our remote recruitment team on a part-time, as-needed basis. This role is focused on conducting candidate interviews using our established interview guide. You’ll speak with candidates, ask questions, keep the conversation engaging, and provide clear feedback after each interview. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and comfortable speaking with different types of people. You should be able to follow a structured interview guide while keeping the conversation natural and professional. What You’ll Do • Conduct candidate interviews using our established interview guide • Create a warm, professional, and engaging experience for candidates • Ask follow-up questions when clarification is needed • Take accurate interview notes and record candidate responses • Provide clear feedback after each interview • Assess candidates based on their communication, experience, and overall fit • Follow established interview processes and guidelines • Communicate interview updates with the team What We’re Looking For • C1+ English proficiency is required • Fluent and natural spoken English with minimal to no noticeable accent • Warm, engaging, and confident communication style • Strong listening and questioning skills • Comfortable conducting video interviews • Able to follow an interview guide while keeping conversations natural • Strong attention to detail when taking notes and evaluating responses • Reliable, professional, and organized • Previous experience in interviewing, customer service, administration, or another people-facing role is a plus Role Details • Part-time, as-needed basis • Preferred availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM US Eastern Time • Remote position • Pay: $5–$6/hour • Long-term opportunity based on performance and availability Requirements (Equipment & Setup) • Laptop or desktop (minimum Intel i5 or equivalent) • At least 8GB RAM • Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps) • Backup internet connection • Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone • Quiet and professional work environment • Reliable power supply or backup power solution
