Part-Time Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — B2B (US-Based, Remote)

We are a growing accounting and tax services firm serving US CPA firms and small businesses — bookkeeping, tax preparation, and offshore staffing support. The Role: You'll call warm-scraped lead lists we provide, qualify prospects, and book discovery appointments directly into our calendar. No lead sourcing, no closing — just consistent, quality conversations. What You'll Do: 40–60 outbound dials per day to US CPA firms and small business owners Qualify prospects and handle common objections using our script (you'll help refine it) Book appointments via our calendar link and confirm them the day before Log every call outcome in our CRM/tracker daily Send short follow-up emails to interested-but-not-ready prospects What We're Looking For: US-based with authorization to work 2+ years B2B phone sales or appointment setting — selling to business owners or professionals Clear, confident phone presence; comfortable with gatekeepers Reliable home office setup (quiet space, headset, stable internet) Self-managed and consistent — this role lives or dies on daily discipline Bonus Points: Background selling accounting, bookkeeping, tax, financial, or insurance services Experience with dialers (e.g., PhoneBurner, JustCall) and CRM tools To Apply: Send a short note on your B2B calling experience plus a 60-second voice recording pitching any product of your choice.
