We're looking for a highly organized Creative Project Manager / Creative Producer to keep our creative engine running smoothly. Position Overview We're looking for an exceptional part-time freelance Creative Project Manager / Creative Producer (20–30 hours per week) to own the day-to-day coordination of our creative projects from kickoff through delivery. This is not a passive project management role. You will be responsible for keeping projects moving, following up relentlessly, holding people accountable, identifying bottlenecks before they become problems, and ensuring deadlines are met without creating unnecessary friction. You'll work closely with designers, video editors, copywriters, marketers, and stakeholders across the company to ensure every project stays organized, on schedule, and on brief. Responsibilities Own the creative production calendar across multiple simultaneous projects. Manage project timelines from intake through final delivery. Keep stakeholders informed of project status, blockers, and deadlines. Follow up relentlessly with team members and stakeholders to ensure deliverables stay on track. Push projects forward proactively instead of waiting for updates. Balance priorities across dozens of active creative requests. Schedule meetings, organize production timelines, and maintain project documentation. Identify risks before they impact deadlines. Ensure creative briefs are complete and actionable before work begins. Maintain clear communication between marketing, creative, production, and leadership. Keep Asana and/or Monday.com impeccably organized and up to date. Create systems that improve team efficiency and visibility. Help optimize creative workflows as the volume of projects grows. Assist with production coordination for video shoots, campaigns, and large creative initiatives as needed. Who You Are You're the person who notices when one task is overdue before anyone else does. You don't let projects stall because someone forgot to reply to an email. You're comfortable sending the third follow-up if that's what it takes to keep work moving. You are confident enough to hold people accountable while maintaining positive working relationships. You're comfortable having difficult conversations when necessary, but you never create unnecessary drama or conflict. You genuinely enjoy organization, process, and making chaos feel manageable. What We're Looking For (Required) - 3+ years managing creative, marketing, or production projects. - Exceptional organizational skills. - Incredible attention to detail. - Ability to manage many projects simultaneously without dropping balls. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Comfortable working with creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders. - Strong time management and prioritization skills. - Experience using Asana and/or Monday.com. - Strong calendar management and scheduling skills. - Self-starter who requires minimal supervision. - Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points - Experience at a creative agency or in-house marketing team. - Familiarity with video production workflows. - Experience managing paid media or digital marketing creative. - Skilled at using Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI tools to improve workflows, documentation, brainstorming, and project management. - Experience building project management systems and SOPs. - Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Frame.io, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
