Part-Time Creative Strategist – Paid Social / Meta Ads
Worldwide
We’re looking for a part-time Creative Strategist to help us consistently develop better ad concepts, hooks, angles, and creative ideas for our digital marketing agency. *Important:* This is **NOT an e-commerce or product brand.** We sell digital marketing services in a highly competitive market, primarily to local businesses and home service companies. We need someone who understands how to create compelling direct-response advertising for a service-based offer, not just product ads. What You’ll Be Doing * Research competitor ads and identify concepts, hooks, angles, and formats that are currently working * Regularly research the Meta Ad Library and other sources for creative inspiration * Develop new hooks, concepts, angles, and creative briefs** for our ads * Take proven concepts and develop new variations so we can test them rapidly * Identify patterns across winning ads and translate those insights into ideas we can actually film and launch * Help us avoid stale, generic “marketing agency” advertising and find fresh ways to communicate our offer * Work directly with the founder to continuously improve our creative strategy Who We're Looking For We want someone who genuinely enjoys the creative side of advertising. You should be the type of person who likes studying ads, figuring out why something works, spotting trends, and constantly thinking of new ways to get someone's attention. You should be able to look at an offer and quickly come up with multiple interesting ways to position it, not just rewrite the same hook 10 different ways. Experience with Meta/Facebook advertising and direct-response creative strategy is strongly preferred. Experience marketing agencies, SaaS, lead generation, local businesses, or other service-based offers is a major plus. What Success Looks Like The goal is simple: we should never be sitting down to film ads wondering what to make. We want an ongoing pipeline of researched, thought-out creative concepts and briefs ready to test, so our job becomes filming, editing, launching, analyzing, and iterating. This will start as a part-time position at approximately 4–6 hours per week, with the opportunity to expand as we grow. How to Apply Please include: * Examples of ads or creative strategies you've worked on * A brief explanation of how you research and develop new ad concepts * Any experience you've had with service businesses, agencies, lead generation, or other non-e-commerce offers Start your application with the word “HOOK” so I know you actually read the entire job post. Applications that don't include “HOOK” at the beginning will not be considered. Thank you!
