Part-Time DTC Growth Lead

MORIN DAWA is an ambitious global DTC luxury startup launching first in the US, crafting high-end scarves and shawls from 100% pure organic, 15.5-micron Grade-A cashmere sourced directly from the Alxa Highlands of Inner Mongolia. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, high-drive Part-Time 0-to-1 Growth Lead to build and execute our global organic growth engine. Key Responsibilities: • Influencer & Creator Seeding: Outreach to fashion creators/taste leaders on IG & TikTok. • PR & Media Pitching: Pitch global fashion press, luxury blogs, and digital publications. • SEO & Content Growth: Build organic search footprint, luxury brand copy, and editorial content. • Email Marketing (Klaviyo): Build subscriber acquisition funnels and automated flows. • Full-Funnel Growth: Cross-channel strategy, tracking conversion metrics, and customer acquisition. Requirements: • Fluent written English (mandatory for outreach and press). • High taste level and alignment with Western luxury brand aesthetics. • Location: Remote. Compensation Structure: $230/month fixed base stipend + 10% direct sales commission + 5% growth override + 5% net profit share pool.
