Part-Time Editorial Assistant / Content Writer (Personal Brand)

I’m looking for a part-time editorial assistant to help me build my personal brand. I’m a shopping tech executive with a background in fashion media, and I’m building content around style, culture, shopping, and AI. I’m looking for someone who is a strong writer, organized, curious about culture, and excited to help turn conversations into content. This is not a “come up with content from scratch” role. I have lots of ideas. I need someone who can help organize them, write in my voice, and keep everything moving. Responsibilities: * Meet with me once a week (about 60 minutes) to discuss ideas and upcoming content. * Turn those conversations into drafts in my voice. * Help write and edit Substack posts, LinkedIn posts, Instagram carousel copy, and podcast pitches. * Break one big idea into content for multiple platforms. * Maintain a simple editorial calendar and keep us on schedule. * Schedule content once it’s approved. About you: * Excellent writer and editor. * Able to adapt to someone else’s voice. * Organized and dependable. * Interested in fashion, culture, media, consumer trends, or AI. * Comfortable giving suggestions while also taking direction. * Looking for an ongoing, collaborative role. I’m not looking for an agency or someone who has a rigid content formula. I’m looking for someone who enjoys collaborating, is excited to learn my voice over time, and can help me consistently publish thoughtful content.
