Part-Time Email Marketing & Client Engagement Coordinator

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on contractor to support email marketing and client engagement for My Chef Shirley, a growing personal chef and nutrition company serving Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and nearby Maryland. This is primarily an execution and coordination role—not a senior marketing strategy position. We will provide brand direction and approve campaigns. Responsibilities: Organize and segment customer contacts Build, test, and schedule Mailchimp campaigns Write and edit light marketing copy Help create client re-engagement and referral campaigns Maintain a simple marketing calendar Track results and provide brief monthly reporting Coordinate content, testimonials, and client success stories Qualifications: Practical Mailchimp or similar email-platform experience Strong writing and attention to detail Comfortable working with customer lists, tags, and segments Organized, dependable, and able to work independently Experience with Jobber, WordPress, Canva, or service businesses is helpful but not required We expect approximately 5 hours per week to start, with the potential for additional work. Our anticipated rate is $15–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
