Part-Time Executive Assistant & Sober Living Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant with hands-on experience marketing a sober living, recovery housing, or transitional housing business. This is NOT a general VA position. The ideal candidate must understand how to generate referrals and build relationships within the sober living/recovery industry. Responsibilities * Market our sober living homes and generate resident referrals * Reach out to case managers, social workers, treatment centers, rehab/detox facilities, discharge planners, and referral partners * Build and maintain relationships with referral sources * Research and develop new marketing and referral opportunities * Reach out to landlords, property owners, and property managers for potential housing opportunities * Conduct phone, email, social media, and online outreach Manage follow-ups, contacts, and outreach records * Assist with social media, Canva, email marketing, and other marketing activities * Provide administrative and Executive Assistant support to the owner Requirements * Previous experience specifically marketing a sober living/recovery housing business is REQUIRED * Understands how to generate referrals for sober living homes * Experience contacting case managers and treatment/referral organizations * Experience with landlord/property-owner outreach is a plus * Excellent communication and follow-up skills * Proactive, organized, and self-motivated * Comfortable with phone calls, email, social media, CRM, Google Workspace, and Canva *Able to work independently \ Part-Time 15–25 hours per week | Remote | Pacific Daylight Time Schedule
