# Part-Time Finance & Accounting Manager We are a **fast-growing technology startup** looking for an experienced, highly accountable **part-time Finance & Accounting Manager** to help manage our day-to-day financial operations and reporting. This role sits between a traditional bookkeeper and a CFO. We need someone who can **own the monthly finance process**, keep everything organized and accurate, and also has the financial modeling skills to help management understand and plan the business. ### Responsibilities * Manage monthly bookkeeping and bank/credit card reconciliations * Coordinate and prepare monthly client invoices * Prepare employee and sales commission reports * Manage basic treasury and cash-flow tracking * Maintain accurate financial records and ensure books are current * Prepare monthly financial and management reports * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial models * Review financial data for inconsistencies or issues and proactively flag them * Help improve and document our finance processes as the company grows ### What We're Looking For * Strong bookkeeping/accounting experience, preferably with startups or growing companies * Experience with **QuickBooks Online** * Strong Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling skills * Comfortable with cash-flow forecasting, budgets, P&Ls, and management reporting * Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable * Able to work independently and take ownership without needing constant direction * Strong communication skills and comfortable working directly with company leadership This is a **part-time, ongoing position** with the potential to expand as the company grows.
