Part Time Freshbooks Bookkeeper

Summary

We’re looking for a part-time bookkeeper to help manage monthly financial records and keep our books accurate and organized. This is a very light touch role - need some initial reconciliation and then there are approximately 3-4 invoices that go out and then making sure payments that I manage get properly reconciled. I mostly need someone to properly input the information into Freshbooks so that I can be prepared for when I need to prepare my taxes. I also shifted my business to accrual accounting vs cash accounting because I do have some lump payments I receive that go out later. This is very minimal work on a monthly basis.
