Part-Time Real Estate Cold Caller / Virtual Assistant

I’m looking for a part-time virtual assistant with proven experience in real estate cold calling and appointment setting. This is a long-term position for approximately 5–8 hours per week. The right person will be confident on the phone, consistent with follow-up, and able to turn conversations into qualified appointments. Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to generate new leads - Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email - Qualify leads and set appointments - Calendar, email, and CRM management - Keep lead records organized and up to date - Research comparable properties and provide basic market updates when needed I’m looking for someone who - Has experience with real estate cold calling - Builds rapport naturally and keeps conversations flowing without sounding scripted - Handles objections with confidence and professionalism - Has excellent written and verbal communication skills - Is organized, reliable, and able to work independently - Takes initiative and looks for ways to improve efficiency - Has experience with Vulcan7 or a similar dialer/CRM (preferred) Compensation Two compensation structures are available: 1. $15–$18 per hour plus a bonus when an eligible lead results in a closed transaction 2. $20–$30 per hour with no closing bonus The compensation structure will be agreed upon before hire.
