Part-Time Sales Development Rep — Cold Calls & Email Outreach for Chicago Legal Services Firm
Worldwide
Nationwide Investigations is a licensed Chicago-based process serving and legal support agency, in business since 2014. Our clients are law firms, paralegals, and collections attorneys. We're building out a consistent outbound motion and need someone to own it. What you'll do Work an existing lead list of law firms and paralegals — no list building required, though you'll help keep it clean Make cold calls to firms on the list, get past gatekeepers, and book intro conversations Send and follow up on cold email sequences (we run these through Instantly) Log every touch, disposition, and follow-up date so the pipeline is accurate and we can see what's working Reach out to our existing clients we send you and ask for Google reviews Send a short weekly recap: dials made, connects, emails sent, replies, meetings booked, reviews collected What we're looking for Real B2B cold calling experience — you're comfortable with the phone and don't fold on the first "no" Clear, neutral American-English phone presence (our buyers are U.S. law firms) Experience with a CRM or sales engagement tool; you keep records without being chased Professional written English for email follow-ups B2B legal, insurance, or professional services experience is a strong plus Available during U.S. Central business hours (this is when law offices answer) What we provide The lead list, phone/dialer setup, email infrastructure, and email templates Call scripts and objection handling — but we want your input on improving them Direct access to me (the owner) for questions and approvals To apply, please answer: Describe one B2B cold calling campaign you ran. What was the offer, roughly how many dials per week, and what results did you get? What CRM or outreach tools have you used, and how do you track follow-ups? What hours (U.S. Central) can you commit to each week? Optional but preferred: record a 30-second voice clip of yourself delivering a cold open for a process serving company calling a law firm. Start with a paid trial period of 2–3 weeks. If the numbers and the discipline are there, this becomes a standing long-term engagement with room to grow the hours.
