About Stage2 Stage2 is Razor USA's new electric off-road motorcycle line, run as an internal startup. We build electric dirt bikes for adults who'd rather explore than perform: quiet enough to respect the land and the neighbors, capable enough to keep up with anyone, backed by a real US-based team, not a warehouse overseas. We're early. Instagram-only today at around 1,500 followers, no TikTok or Facebook business page yet, and nobody currently owns the channels day to day. That's where you come in. The Role We're looking for a part-time social media manager to build our organic presence from near-zero and help us test our first creator partnerships. This isn't a narrow posting job. We need someone who can own the brand's voice and community across channels, and who's also comfortable shooting or editing simple content themselves when a formal shoot isn't in the budget. What You'll Own - Instagram day to day, plus standing up our first TikTok and Facebook business pages - A consistent posting cadence and content calendar in our voice: confident, not boastful, closer to Red Bull's energy and Yamaha's off-road credibility than meme-driven trend content. - Sourcing and coordinating content from creators we already ride with, plus flagging new ones worth approaching. - Community engagement: comments, DMs, building a real back-and-forth with our riders. Responsibility here will be shared with PM, so it's not entirely on you. - Working with our creative team on assets, and editing-rehashing from existing assets. Who We're Looking For - 2+ years running organic social for a consumer brand, ideally in outdoor, automotive, motorsports, or another passion/enthusiast category - Experience building a channel and voice from near-zero, including launching a first presence on a new platform. - A genuine interest in motorsports or powersports (you don't need to ride, but you should care about the space). - Comfortable managing informal creator/gifting relationships (outreach, coordination, follow-through); we have groundwork already in place, we just need someone to run it. - Self-sufficient, able to operate independently on a lean, fast-moving team with minimal oversight - US-based required, some Pacific-hours overlap a plus. Hours & Budget Part-time, roughly 10-15 hours/week. Monthly retainer in the $2,000-3,000 range depending on experience and scope. Please apply with your expected monthly rate for the scope above. To apply, include: - Links to 1-2 channels you've grown from near-zero, with a quick note on what changed. - A 2-3 sentence take on how you'd approach Stage2's first 30 days, given the above. - Whether you can shoot/edit basic content yourself or need a separate creative resource.
