Part-Time Social Media Virtual Assistant

Position: Part-Time / Remote Hours: Flexible, part-time About the Role Looking for a reliable VA to manage our Instagram inbox and comments, and keep us updated on niche news and events happening around the US — especially near [State 1] and [State 2]. This is a light, part-time role — no content creation or posting involved. Responsibilities • Monitor & respond to Instagram DMs in a timely, on-brand tone • Monitor & respond to comments, following our voice guidelines • Flag sensitive, urgent, or sales-related conversations for owner review • Filter spam/irrelevant messages • Research niche news/trends 1–2x/week • Track networking events, meetups, or conferences in/near [State 1] and [State 2] • Send a short weekly summary (bullet points) of updates found What We’re Looking For • Experience managing DMs/comments (business or personal account) • Comfortable using Instagram’s official Shared Access / Inbox Access feature (no password sharing) • Clear written communication • Self-starter, good at quick research and summarizing • Reliable during agreed hours Not Required • Full-time availability • Content creation, design, or post scheduling • Ad management or analytics reporting To Apply Send: (1) brief experience with DMs/comments, (2) availability, (3) hourly rate expectation.
