Supply Chain Manager (Part-Time | Remote) We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to support our fast-growing DTC supplement brand. We currently process 50,000+ orders per month and are scaling toward 100,000+ orders per month, with multiple new brands planned through 2027. Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from China-based manufacturers to U.S. fulfillment centers. - Plan purchase orders and production schedules based on demand forecasts. - Forecast inventory across Amazon, Facebook, and Google sales channels. - Coordinate shipments and inventory allocation between Amazon FBA and DTC fulfillment. - Manage supplier relationships and negotiate production timelines. - Work closely with leadership to align inventory planning with business growth and cash flow. Requirements: - Proven experience managing supply chains for a DTC eCommerce brand with 30,000+ orders/month. - Experience working with China-based manufacturers and sea freight logistics. - Experience managing Amazon FBA inventory and multi-channel demand forecasting. - Experience handling brands with 2–3+ SKUs. - Background in the supplement or health & wellness industry. - Strong forecasting, inventory planning, and Google Sheets/Excel skills. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. Nice to Have: - Knowledge of COAs, GMP, FDA labeling, and import regulations. - Experience scaling supply chain operations for high-growth eCommerce brands.
