Patent Expert - Consumer Health Product

We are looking for an experienced patent attorney, patent agent or patentability specialist to advise on a new consumer health product currently in development. At this stage, we are primarily looking to identify the right person, rather than share detailed technical information publicly. The product potentially involves IP across: - Nutritional / supplement formulation - Liquid formulation technology - Packaging and dispensing mechanisms - A system combining formulation and hardware We would ideally like someone with experience in both chemistry/formulation patents and mechanical or dispensing-device patents. Initial Scope The first step would be a short confidential consultation to understand: - Your relevant experience - Whether this falls within your technical expertise - How you would approach a patentability / prior-art assessment - Expected costs and next steps Detailed formulations, drawings and technical information will only be shared with shortlisted candidates under appropriate confidentiality. Please Include - Your patent qualifications - Jurisdictions you are qualified in - Relevant technical background - Experience with formulation + device inventions - Examples of similar sectors you have worked in - Your hourly rate - Availability for an initial call Experience with nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, liquid formulation, packaging or dispensing technology would be particularly relevant. We are looking for someone who can give a critical assessment of patentability, not simply draft and file an application.
