Hi I have a patent filed by a large law firm that initially provided pro bono services but is no longer willing to. My Invention relates to the formulation and manufacturing process of a new foam material made from recycled rubber. I currently have a non final rejection notice from USPTO. I need help to review my arguments, revised claims, and respond to the non final rejection with USPTO. I'm on a budget as start up founder so I can appreciate fixed pricing deals or reasonable hourly rates for this response task at hand.
