Pattern Designer for Print-on-Demand for QA task

We're a print-on-demand wallpaper and fabric brand with a growing catalog of archival botanical designs. We need a careful pattern designer for roughly one week of concentrated production work, with possible ongoing projects as the catalog grows. The core work is recoloring and rescaling existing designs to spec: applying exact palette hexes as flat fills (no gradients, no rendered lighting), adjusting texture and overlay layers so the flattened output prints true, rescaling repeats to production size, and re-exporting flattened TIFFs at 300 DPI sRGB with 2x2 proof JPGs. There's also a lighter QA component: verifying file specs (DPI, color profile, pixel dimensions), tiling 2x2 and walking seams at 200%, and completing a short findings sheet per design (template provided). Requirements: Photoshop required, Illustrator a plus. Comfort with exact hex values, large layered PSDs (~700 MB), and checking your own flattened output before delivery.
