The goal is to ensure high academic integrity, psychological validity, construct consistency, and clear normative reasoning across all test items and explanations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough peer reviews of psychology articles, cognitive assessment items, and IQ test explanations for academic accuracy and psychometric soundness. Evaluate test items for cultural bias, construct validity, scoring clarity, and difficulty scaling. Provide clear, inline feedback and structured critique reports on content accuracy. Maintain strict deadlines and collaborate asynchronously. Qualifications & Requirements: Advanced Degree (Ph.D. or Master’s required) in Psychology, Psychometrics, Cognitive Science, or a closely related field. Proven track record in test development, academic publishing, or peer-reviewing for accredited journals/institutions. Strong background in psychometrics, item-response theory, or intelligence testing methodology. High attention to detail and ability to provide constructive, actionable academic feedback.
