Perfect clone of an SD card

Summary

Our company has some SD cards with our company data , different data to each worker , we are out of cards and the company that is clonning them for us is closed for the summer time. I have my own original card and some new ones for the new employes , i tried to copy the files but our company reader is not recognise it , i tried to clone it byte by byte and still fails. I suspect that is the CID that is causing the problem. Is there any hardware specialist here that can assist us?
