Performance Ad Designer for Women's Health

We’re looking for a performance-minded designer to turn approved AI concepts into polished Meta ads for a premium women’s health brand. The concepts provide a starting point—not artwork to copy. You’ll source strong photography, rebuild layouts and graphics, correct AI mistakes, and improve the execution using your own judgment. **What we need:** - Strong static Meta ad and direct-response design experience - An understanding of women’s health, supplements, and current creative trends - Critical thinking—not just following instructions - A team player who brings ideas, learns our personas and funnel, and constructively pushes back when a concept won’t achieve the goal - Speed and experimentation: we need to test many ideas quickly, learn what works, and iterate - The judgment to prioritize the changes that will have the greatest impact, even when an initial version isn’t perfect **Deliverables:** - Each concept in 4:5 (1080 × 1350) and 9:16 (1080 × 1920) - Organized, editable Figma, PSD, or AI files - sRGB PNG exports - Reusable components where appropriate The visual direction should feel premium, calm, clean, clinically credible, and trustworthy. We want this to become a long-term partnership with someone who is curious, creative, comfortable trying new approaches, and invested in understanding the entire customer journey—not simply completing isolated design tasks. **To apply:** Please do not send a generic cover letter.
