Performance Marketeer for Trading Academy

We run a fast-growing trading academy in the Netherlands (high-ticket coaching, webinars, a large Telegram community) and we are looking for a hands-on performance marketeer who dives all the way in. Not an agency, not a strategist who bills for meetings: someone who builds, tests and scales campaigns daily and takes ownership of the numbers. What you will own: Meta and Google campaigns: building, testing, scaling (budgets that matter) Our funnels: VSL, webinar funnels, e-book lead magnet, email flows (ActiveCampaign) Daily performance: tracking (Hyros), cost per lead and per booked call, kill what does not work, scale what does Landing pages and ad creatives, improved on data, shipped fast What we ask: Proven results with paid ads, ideally coaching, finance, trading or other high-ticket Fluent Dutch (written and spoken), English is a plus Speed and ownership: you fix things the day you see them, you do not wait for the Monday meeting Available daily (full-time or near full-time), overlapping Dutch office hours What we offer: €2,500/month fixed, long-term Working directly with the founder: short lines, fast decisions, no agency layers A funnel with proven demand (sales team closes daily) and room to grow into our international expansion
