Performance Marketer — Lead Gen for Singapore PR/Immigration Consultancy (Meta/Google Ads)
Worldwide
**Performance Marketer Needed — Lead Gen for Singapore PR/Immigration Consultancy (Meta/Google Ads, SGD 5K/Month Budget)** **1. Business Overview** We're a Singapore-based immigration consultancy specialising in Permanent Residency (PR) applications under the PTS scheme for EP, S Pass, and LTVP holders. Small team (3-4 staff), one primary sales consultant handling appointment calls and closing. Current revenue approx. SGD 5,000-6,000/month, 4-5 clients closed per month. **2. The Role** Run paid lead generation for us. This is appointment-based lead gen for a consultative, high-ticket service — not e-commerce or app-install marketing. Leads generated are called by our sales team to book paid consultation appointments (we position these as "PR Strategy Session" / "PR Eligibility Assessment" — we avoid "free consultation" framing to filter for seriousness). **3. Budget** - Ad spend: SGD 5,000/month - Management/fees: Open to discussion — prefer a flat monthly fee or % of spend over agency-style itemised billing (e.g. per-video, per-static charges) **4. Benchmark** Our previous marketer, starting early May, reached peak performance of 179 leads in a 2-week span (2-16 June) on roughly SGD 2,500 spend — approximately SGD 14 per lead. This came after a 4-6 week ramp-up (testing creatives, audiences, landing pages). We don't expect a new marketer to hit this in week 1 — we expect a clear improvement trend toward it by week 4-6. **5. Target Audience** EP / S Pass / LTVP holders in Singapore seriously considering PR applications — people with the ability to pay who value expertise. We want to avoid chronic bargain hunters, comparison shoppers, and pure information-seekers. **6. Current Pain Points** - Lead quality inconsistency — recent leads have skewed curious/low-intent rather than serious - High no-answer rate on follow-up calls - Appointment no-shows — leads aren't always pre-sold on seriousness before booking - Lost momentum/data after our previous marketer's departure - Volume vs. quality tension — high lead counts haven't always meant high appointment/close rates - Inconsistent tracking/reporting **7. What We Need From You** - A media buying/campaign strategy proposal (platform, targeting, creative direction) - Weekly reporting: cost per lead, cost per appointment booked, lead volume, spend - Ongoing creative testing — open to your input on ad angles; core positioning (expertise over price, no "free consultation" language) is fixed **8. Trial Structure** 2-3 week paid trial at a modest budget before any ongoing retainer. Success judged primarily on cost per lead and cost per appointment booked — not lead volume alone. **9. Before We Proceed, Please Answer:** 1. Have you run lead gen for consultative/appointment-based services before (legal, immigration, financial advisory, education consulting, etc.)? Share 2-3 relevant examples. 2. Based on our benchmark (~SGD 14/lead on a SGD 5k/month budget), does this sound realistic to you, and why or why not? 3. What would your first 4 weeks look like — what would you test, and how would performance trend? 4. Do you want to purely execute media buying, or also have input on ad creative/messaging?
