Permitting - Update and Submit Plans to County FIre department

1) Work with the Fire department at Grayson County in getting the permitting done for the event venue approved, respond to any comments. 2) We need the below changes made to the drawings provided in the document. a. This door (Marked in Red) doesn’t exist today. To satisfy Exit door requirements, The previous architect added this exit door on the document to submit to the fire department, however we are thinking adding this door will make three doors in the front, that makes it too many doors. SO, please remove this door from the design file as long as the double door satisfies the exit distance between the two exit doors. b. We intend to change the existing double door in the center (marked in Blue) as outswing door and submit to fire department if this double door is in acceptable distance to the door(marked in yellow) we can change this double door to outswing door. Please review this as part of your drawings. 3) The current restroom in the building need to be remodeled to satisfy ADA compliance requirements. Current bathroom size is 8ft x 8ft. As per the Fire dept requirements, we need 2D drawings of the restroom to be submitted to the Fire department. Please make sure to have minimal changes to the current layout to see if we can satisfy the ADA compliance requirements. Please communicate with the Fire department on the Same. We can eliminate the shower in the restroom.
