Personal Assistant Needed in Barcelona – Guest Coordination for Private Group (Nov 2026)

I'm organizing a private gathering in Barcelona for up to 40 guests traveling in from the US and UK around November 5th, 2026. The event framework is already set — I need a reliable, Barcelona-based personal assistant to handle the coordination details. What you'll do Contact guests individually to confirm their preferences across three activities (golf, spa, winery), make the corresponding bookings, advise on transport between venues, and assist with any other arrangements that come up during the Barcelona period. What I'm looking for • Based in Barcelona with strong local knowledge • Experience in hospitality, concierge, or guest-facing coordination • Organized, responsive, comfortable managing multiple bookings across venues • Fluent in English and Spanish • Available from early October through mid-November 2026 This is a PA role, not event planning — the program is defined, I just need someone sharp on the ground to make it run smoothly.
