Personal Brand Video Editor (Long-Term)

We're looking for a long-term video editor to grow alongside our company. I'm building a software company called StackIQ while documenting the journey on YouTube, Instagram, X, and other platforms. I'm looking for someone who doesn't just edit videos. I want someone who understands storytelling, retention, hooks, pacing, and can help build one of the biggest business content brands over the next several years. Responsibilities Edit YouTube videos Create 10-20 shorts from long-form content Add captions Add motion graphics Add B-roll Source stock footage Help improve storytelling Organize footage Upload drafts Suggest better edits Requirements Must understand: YouTube retention Short-form editing Storytelling Color correction Audio cleanup Motion graphics Bonus: Can make thumbnails. Long-Term Goal This is not a one-off project. The goal is to build a media company around a founder documenting the journey of building StackIQ. As the company grows, this role can become full-time.
