Personal & Business Financial Manager

We are looking for a sharp, reliable Accountant or Financial Manager to oversee both business and personal finances. You will handle cash flow, correct errors, manage year-end taxes, and help plan future investments. Key Responsibilities: Financial Oversight: Track and reconcile all incoming and outgoing funds (business and personal). Audit & Correct: Review records, fix discrepancies, and maintain clean bookkeeping. Tax & Billing: Manage invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and end-of-year tax prep. Investment Strategy: Advise on cash allocation and long-term investment opportunities. Requirements: Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or fractional CFO roles. Expertise in software like QuickBooks or Xero. Strong knowledge of year-end tax requirements and growth planning. High attention to detail and trustworthy communication.
