Personal Finance & Small Business Financial Coach/Advisor - Budgeting, Bookkeeping & Investing

I’m looking for a US-based financial professional for an ongoing relationship to help me become more intentional and knowledgeable about both my personal finances and the financial side of my early-stage business. I work full-time in a W-2 role while also funding a startup, and I want help creating a realistic system for budgeting, saving, investing, and business spending. I’d like someone who can review my spending habits, help me reduce unnecessary discretionary spending such as food, shopping, and miscellaneous purchases, establish clear monthly limits, and hold me accountable through regular check-ins. I also want help determining how much I can responsibly put into my business each month, especially across contractors, software, marketing, and other startup expenses. I also need ongoing support with bookkeeping and tax readiness. Ideally, you can help me set up or maintain a clean QuickBooks system, categorize and reconcile business expenses, maintain an accurate P&L, organize records and receipts, and make sure everything is prepared properly for my CPA or tax preparer. I do not necessarily need you to file my taxes, but I want someone who understands small-business finances and can help me stay organized throughout the year rather than scrambling at tax time. Experience working with W-2 professionals who are also funding or running a small business would be especially helpful. Finally, I want someone who can teach me how to invest confidently for the long term. I want to better understand my 401(k), Roth IRA, taxable brokerage accounts, index funds and ETFs, asset allocation, risk, fees, tax-efficient investing, and how much I should realistically be investing each month while balancing cash reserves and business spending. I am not looking for active trading, stock picking, insurance sales, or someone primarily trying to move my assets under management. CFP, AFC, CPA/EA, QuickBooks, financial coaching, or investment-advisory experience are all valuable.
