US Personal Injury Case Manager

We are hiring a FULL-TIME Case Manager with U.S. Personal Injury experience. This is not a side contract. This is not part-time. This role requires full attention, strong judgment, urgency, and the confidence to escalate issues immediately when something is off. If you do not have U.S. personal injury case management experience, please do not apply. If you are juggling multiple jobs, avoid confrontation, or wait to be told what to do — this is not the role for you. ⸻ REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE): • U.S. Personal Injury case management experience • Handling medical records and bills • Communicating with adjusters • Understanding demand packages • Tracking treatment timelines • Working pre-litigation files • Following statute of limitations deadlines • Familiar with PI case flow from intake to settlement Applicants without direct U.S. PI experience will not be considered. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement • Track treatment, medical records, and billing • Follow up with providers and insurance adjusters • Prepare and organize demand packages • Monitor deadlines and statute of limitations • Escalate issues immediately when something is off • Maintain detailed case notes and documentation • Communicate clearly with clients and attorneys • Enforce timelines and follow SOPs ⸻ Required Qualifications: • Proven U.S. Personal Injury case management experience • Strong organization and follow-through • Confident communicator (written and verbal) • Comfortable escalating issues instead of waiting • Able to work independently without micromanagement • Tech-comfortable (case management software, email, spreadsheets) ⸻ NON-NEGOTIABLE: • This is a FULL-TIME role • No second jobs, side contracts, or freelance work • Must be responsive during U.S. business hours • Must follow systems and documentation procedures • Must meet deadlines consistently ⸻ Compensation: Competitive based on experience.
