Phone Appointment Setter

CommunityLaunch is a digital marketing agency that helps creators, coaches, and entrepreneurs build profitable online communities. We’re looking for two experienced Appointment Setters to join our sales team and support two of our growing offers. These are phone-facing sales roles for confident communicators who know how to build rapport, qualify leads, follow up consistently, and book qualified sales calls. What You’ll Be Doing -Call and follow up with inbound and warm leads -Qualify prospects and book sales calls -Follow up with no-shows and unresponsive leads -Conduct lead reactivation and follow-up campaigns -Maintain accurate lead statuses, notes, and pipeline stages in GoHighLevel (GHL) -Use our dialer consistently during assigned sales hours -Provide regular updates in our Slack sales/close channels -Coordinate with setters, closers, and the rest of the sales team -Maintain excellent CRM and pipeline hygiene Non-Negotiable Requirements -Near-native spoken and written English -Clear, professional speaking voice with no heavy accent -Previous appointment-setting, phone sales, or similar experience -Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone -Strong communication, follow-up, and objection-handling skills -Full availability during assigned sales hours -Weekend availability is required -Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRMs -Comfortable using dialers, Slack, and online sales tools -Reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and quiet working environment Compensation Base Rate: $5/hour Commission: In addition to the hourly rate, you’ll earn a 2.5% commission on every deal that closes from the appointments you set. This means your earning potential grows based on the quality of the opportunities you generate, not just the hours you work. Commission is paid on qualified deals attributed to your booked appointments. We’re looking for people who are reliable, proactive, comfortable on the phone, and consistent with follow-up.
