What You'll Do: We have a cool online shop where we sell lots of fun stuff like toys, things for the garden, and kitchen gadgets. People visit our website from places like Facebook and Google. Sometimes, they pick something they like and put it in their cart but forget to buy it. Your job is to help them finish buying their stuff! Check the List: You'll look at a list on our computer system. This list tells you who wanted to buy something but didn't finish. Make a Call: You'll call these people around 6 PM or so. You'll say hi, tell them you noticed they didn't buy what they picked, and ask if they need help to finish buying it. Offer Help and Deals: If they had trouble, you can help them. You can also tell them about a special discount or suggest another cool thing they might like for a really good price. Use Our Phone System: Don't worry; you'll make calls through our online system. It's easy! What You Need: Be Friendly: You should like talking to people and be really good at being nice and helpful on the phone. Speak Czech: You need to speak the Czech language because you'll be talking to people from Czech Republic. Be a Good Listener and Talker: You should be good at listening and explaining things in a simple way. What's Cool About This Job: You Get Paid to Talk: We'll pay you for every hour you spend talking on the phone.
