Phone Conversations with Customer Service AI

We are testing a customer service voice assistant and need real people to call in and talk to it. What you do: You get a short description of a situation, for example checking on a delayed order or changing a hotel booking. You call in and handle it the way you normally would on the phone. Each call runs about 5 minutes. You do 4 calls total, so around 30 minutes including setup. Requirements: - Based in the United States - A quiet room and a working headset or phone - Available for a 30 minute block in the next few days - Comfortable improvising rather than reading Important: the calls are recorded, and the recordings are used to train and evaluate AI systems. You will be asked to agree to this before the first call. If you are not comfortable with that, this is not the right job.
