Photo Culling & Content Curation Specialist

Happily is an event production company looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help us manage our growing photo library and build out a content bank for social media use. What You'll Be Doing • Photo Culling & Organization • Review thousands of event photos stored in our company Dropbox • Identify and flag the best, most usable shots (good lighting, composition, in-focus, on-brand) • Remove or separate out duplicates, blurry shots, and unusable images • Organize selects into clearly labeled folders (by event, date, or theme — we'll align on a system together) • Stock Media Sourcing — Search and compile a curated library of free-to-use stock photos and videos (e.g., from sources like Pexels, Unsplash, Pixabay, or similar royalty-free platforms) • Focus on content relevant to events, celebrations, hospitality, and lifestyle themes that fits our brand aesthetic • Organize this library for easy access by our social media team What We're Looking For • Experience with photo review/culling (Lightroom experience a plus, but not required) • A good eye for image quality and brand aesthetic • Familiarity with Dropbox organization and file management • Understanding of licensing/usage rights for free stock content (must confirm commercial use is allowed) • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Comfortable with a moderate-to-large volume of repetitive review work Deliverables • A fully culled and organized folder of top event photo selects • A separate folder of curated free stock photos/videos, categorized by theme/use case **(Optional) Brief notes or a simple spreadsheet log of sources for the stock content, for licensing reference Project Details Approx. 5–10 hours, to be completed within a week.
