Photo Editing/ Poloshing

The goal is to achieve a clean, polished, professional look while keeping the images natural and realistic. I do not want excessive skin smoothing, artificial-looking edits, or an overly processed appearance. The editing should include: Color correction and color balancing for consistent, accurate tones across all 25 images Exposure, highlights, shadows, contrast, and white-balance adjustments Crop and composition balancing to improve framing where necessary Background extension where needed to improve the crop, framing, or overall composition Background cleanup, including removal of distracting objects, imperfections, unwanted elements, wrinkles, marks, or other distractions Professional skin retouching, including blemish removal and evening skin tone while preserving natural skin texture Reduction of distracting shine, discoloration, or uneven skin tones where appropriate Minor cleanup of clothing, hair, or other distracting elements when necessary Consistent editing style, color, and overall finish across the entire set I am looking for someone experienced with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, particularly with portrait, beauty, and fashion photography. Experience with realistic background extension and professional retouching is important. Please include examples of your portrait retouching and background-editing work, preferably before-and-after examples. There are 25 final images to be edited. Quality and consistency are more important to me than aggressive retouching. The finished photographs should look professional, polished, and portfolio-ready without looking obviously manipulated.
