Photo Editor Needed for Natural Group Photo Retouch

I'm looking for an experienced photo editor to improve a group photo by combining two nearly identical photos taken about one second apart. The primary photo is the best overall image, but one person's face is turned away from the camera. I'd like that person's expression from the second photo (taken moments later) blended into the primary image so everyone is looking at the camera. This is a standard photo retouching and compositing project using two photos of the same people taken seconds apart. The final result should look completely natural, with consistent lighting, color, perspective, alignment, and skin tones. The goal is simply to create the best possible version of the original photo.
