Photo Retouching for 18" x 24" Canvas Print

I’m looking for an experienced photo editor/retoucher to professionally clean up and edit a group fishing photo that will be printed on an 18" x 24" canvas. Specific requested edits are clearly noted on the attached PDF. This project includes general retouching and cleanup, as well as some more advanced compositing/editing work, including adding one person into the final photo and adding black tank tops to two people. In addition to the edits noted in the PDF, I’d like you to: Reduce strong glare/bright spots as much as reasonably possible Minimize distracting background noise/clutter where possible Improve overall lighting, balance, and image quality Keep all retouching natural and realistic Make sure the finished image will reproduce well at 18" x 24" on canvas Please provide the final image at a high enough resolution for large-format printing. I will provide the original high-resolution photo files to the selected freelancer.
