Hi, We are looking for a photographer/videographer in Stockholm for an event we are organising on behalf of one of our clients. Please find below a detailed breakdown of the project and our needs. EVENT OVERVIEW Client: LONGi Solar Event type: Solar House (intimate & experiential B2B gathering) Date: 10 September 2026 Venue: Vår Gård, Saltsjöbaden (Stockholm) Number of guests: approx. 30 attendees (utility companies, IPPs, project developers, solar industry decision-makers) Organiser: Delasource (French event agency on behalf of LONGi) AGENDA 14:00 Check-in & welcome coffee 14:15 Presentations 15:45 Coffee break 16:15 Presentations 17:20 Team building & cocktail dinner reception 19:00 End of event SCOPE OF WORK Photography Full event photo coverage from check-in through to the cocktail reception, including: welcome & networking moments, presentations (speaker shots, audience engagement, LONGi branding), team building activity, cocktail reception atmosphere. Deliverables: high-resolution, retouched images delivered within an agreed timeframe after the event. Videography Atmospheric footage throughout the event to be used for a best-of highlight video of approximately 1.5 minutes, post-produced entirely by our team. We are not looking for a full capture of the presentations. The focus should be on beautiful, cinematic B-roll: guests networking, activity moments, cocktail reception, LONGi branding details, candid interactions. The final video will be set to background music, so no audio capture is required. No editing required on your end, footage delivery only.
