Photorealistic Architectural Renders

Job Description: I'm looking for an experienced architectural visualisation artist to produce 7 photorealistic renders for Sabi. A premium wellness and community space opening in Phuket, Thailand in early 2027. This is not a standard residential or real estate render job. Sabi has a specific, considered aesthetic and I need someone who can capture atmosphere, material texture and lighting mood not just geometry. Please only apply if your portfolio includes hospitality, restaurant, bar or wellness interiors. About the project Sabi is a biophilic wellness and social club built around sauna, ice baths, breathwork, a Thai wellness kitchen, a movement studio, a vinyl listening bar and a community social space. The aesthetic is raw, warm and minimal exposed concrete, reclaimed timber, hand-thrown ceramic, tropical planting, 2700K candlelight-quality lighting throughout. Think Japanese bathhouse meets northern Thai vernacular architecture. Not a resort. Not a luxury spa. I will provide: Full brand deck (PDF) with colour palette, material direction and aesthetic references Architect's drawings and floor plans Reference images for every space Detailed written brief per render The 7 renders required Exterior arrival view biophilic building facade, tropical planting, reclaimed timber Pool and terrace 12x6m pool, 24 timber sunbeds, lush tropical planting Thai wellness kitchen / restaurant long communal reclaimed timber tables, open kitchen, ceramic service ware, warm pendant lighting. Social space and vinyl room — large floor-standing speakers, vinyl wall shelving, DJ booth, lounge seating, exposed concrete ceiling Wellness circuit — outdoor relaxation deck, two circular concrete plunge pools, timber pergola, sauna building exterior Movement studio — timber floor, minimal, natural light, tropical planting Listening bar — intimate, warm, low lighting, bar counter, lounge seating, large speakers as visual centrepiece What I need from you technically Software: 3ds Max with Corona Renderer or V-Ray only. Do not apply if you use Lumion or SketchUp for final renders Output: Minimum 4K resolution, print and web ready Format: JPEG and PNG finals, layered PSD or source files not required Revisions: 2 rounds of revisions per render included Delivery: Staged — 2 renders first for approval before proceeding to remaining 5 The most important brief notes Lighting is everything in this project. The renders must feel warm, low and atmospheric 2700K maximum, candlelight quality in the interior spaces. No bright white overlit architectural renders. If your portfolio shows brightly lit showroom-style spaces this is not the right project for you. Materials must read as natural and aged concrete texture, raw timber grain, hand-thrown ceramic, rattan, woven textile. Not CAD-clean or perfect. The space should feel like it has been there for thirty years. Tropical planting must look real. I need someone who can render lush tropical plants — banana palm, frangipani, heliconia, bird of paradise — convincingly. Please show me examples of renders with tropical or natural planting from your portfolio when you apply. People I would like 2–3 of the renders to include impressionistic blurred human figures to bring the space to life. Not sharp portraits, just presence. If you are based in Vietnam, Eastern Europe, India or Southeast Asia and produce exceptional work I am very open to working with you regardless of location. Communication will be via Upwork messages and video call for the initial briefing. I would like to start within 2 weeks. First 2 renders delivered within 10 days of briefing, remaining 5 within 3 weeks after approval.
