# Photorealistic 3D Architectural Visualization for a Luxury Villa Development We are looking for an experienced 3D architectural visualization artist or professional studio to create high-end, photorealistic renderings for a private luxury residential development. The project consists of several modern villas located within an exclusive gated community in a subtropical coastal region. Each villa has approximately 300 m² of living space and includes a private swimming pool, landscaped garden, rooftop terrace, outdoor lounge area, BBQ zone, gazebo and private parking. We are looking for premium-quality visualizations that can be used for property sales, international advertising, social media, websites, investor presentations, printed brochures and large-format outdoor advertising. The final images must look realistic, elegant and commercially attractive. They should communicate privacy, spaciousness, modern architecture, natural surroundings and a luxury resort lifestyle. ## Scope of Work The initial scope includes: * 8–12 photorealistic exterior renderings; * Main façade and entrance views; * Rear façade with the private swimming pool; * Pool terrace and outdoor lounge area; * BBQ and gazebo area; * Rooftop terrace; * Parking and landscaped entrance; * Daytime, sunset and evening views; * Close-up architectural details; * Visualization of the complete villa development; * Integration of the villas into real photographs and drone images of the site. Interior visualization and architectural animation may be added as a separate project. ## Materials Provided We can provide: * ArchiCAD files; * Architectural plans and elevations; * Floor plans; * Existing 3D model; * Site plan; * Real photographs and drone footage of the location; * Material and colour references; * Landscaping references; * Examples of the preferred visual style. The exact project name, location, architectural files and photographs will be shared only with shortlisted candidates. ## Visual Style The preferred style is warm contemporary luxury with: * Natural stone, wood, glass and textured plaster; * High-quality landscaping; * Realistic subtropical vegetation; * Elegant outdoor furniture; * Warm and natural lighting; * Premium but realistic cars and people; * A sophisticated resort atmosphere. The images should not look overly artificial, glossy or computer-generated. ## Technical Requirements Final images must be delivered in: * High-resolution JPG or PNG; * At least 5,000 pixels on the longest side; * Print-ready quality; * Web-optimized versions; * Horizontal and vertical formats for selected images. The workflow should include: * Preliminary camera-angle previews; * Low-resolution draft renderings; * Approval of composition, materials and landscaping; * Two or three rounds of reasonable revisions; * Final high-resolution rendering. ## Application Requirements Please include the following information in your proposal: 1. Applications without a relevant architectural visualization portfolio will not be considered. We may begin with one paid test rendering before awarding the complete project. All architectural files, photographs and commercial information must remain confidential. The materials may not be published, shared or added to a portfolio without written permission from the client.
