Summary

I am a builder in North Alabama. I have about a dozen film photographs of houses and buildings I built myself, scanned at full resolution, that need finishing for my company website. The subjects run from single rooms to whole sites. Kitchens, bathrooms, covered porches, outbuildings, foundations, retaining walls, part of a backyard or all of it, front elevations, right and left elevations, a subdivision entrance, streetscapes with several houses in one frame, a riverfront boathouse, construction phases, and tight architectural detail crops taken out of the same photographs. Anything visible from a hundred feet away or six feet away. Everything is prepared. For each photograph you get the original scan, a written punch list, a reference photograph, and an AI generated picture that shows exactly what finished should look like. You work from the original scan. The AI picture is a target, not a source, and its foliage is not real. The work is removing downspouts, stakes, meters and debris and cloning real siding, stone and shingle behind them, correcting perspective where a house leans, and bringing the season forward with real material rather than generated landscaping. Some frames also need a whole object taken out and the space filled honestly. A pickup truck in a driveway, a neighbor's house or driveway at the edge of the frame, a leaning tree. Filling those with real trees, hedges or ground, matched to what is already in the photograph, is part of the job. The architecture stays exactly as built. Brick coursing, horizontal lap siding, shingle courses, stone mortar joints, concrete control joints, window muntins, and paired post framing. If the coursing changes, the work is rejected. What you will be looking at across the set: exterior architecture and materials, including asphalt, metal and standing seam copper roofing, copper flashing and chimney caps, gas lanterns, natural stone and brick veneer, stucco, shingle and board and batten siding, wood columns, porches and cupolas. Hardscape and site work, including flagstone, stamped concrete, brick and concrete pavers, mortared and dry stacked stone walls, curb and gutter, and riverfront property with a boathouse. Landscape. Interiors, including kitchens and baths, custom trim, coffered ceilings, staircases and lighting. And construction and mitigation work in progress. Not looking for: full frame AI re-rendering, generative fill on plants, global sharpening or saturation, or anything that makes leaves look plastic. Deliverables: a layered working file and a full resolution PNG. How we start: a small paid test on one photograph. One shrub, part of one river birch, a copper lantern with the lamp off, and one section of shingle siding beside a removed downspout. I inspect at 100 percent. If the plants still look photographic and the siding courses survive, you get the set. There is a second phase after that for the right person: a full pass over roughly a hundred photographs already on the site to bring them into one color and tone family. One question with your proposal, please. Show me one example where you removed something attached to a wall and the siding or brick courses still line up behind it.
