Photoshop & AI Image Upscaling Specialist for Large-Format Print Artwork

We are looking for a highly skilled Photoshop and image enhancement specialist who can prepare AI-generated artwork for professional large-format printing. This is not a general graphic design position. Most of the artwork and creative direction will already be created by us using ChatGPT, AI tools, and other design platforms. Your role will mainly be to make small edits when needed and, most importantly, to enhance, upscale, clean, and prepare the final artwork for large-format production. The most important requirement is this: Final images must be sharp, clean, high-resolution, and free of visible blurriness or pixelation when printed at very large sizes. We produce large-format artwork for aluminum sheets, wall panels, murals, and other custom printed surfaces. Some images may need to be prepared at sizes around 2x3 meters, 3x4 meters, or larger. The artwork must look professional and detailed at full print size. This position is not for someone who is still learning large-format upscaling or hoping to figure it out after being hired. We need someone who already has proven experience taking AI-generated or digitally created images and preparing them for very large prints with sharp, clean, professional results. Since these files are printed on large aluminum sheets and wall panels, blurry, pixelated, or poorly upscaled files cannot be accepted. Communication is very important. Each project will have its own separate chat group where we share the project details, files, instructions, and revisions. Most communication will be done by voice, not email, and most details will be discussed in English. You must be able to speak and understand English clearly enough to follow instructions, ask questions, discuss corrections, and confirm details accurately. You must be highly experienced with: Photoshop editing and cleanup. AI image correction and enhancement. Large-format image preparation. Professional upscaling workflows. Resolution enhancement using tools such as Topaz, Gigapixel AI, Photoshop, or similar software. Removing blur, artifacts, noise, distortions, and pixelation. Preparing files for print at large physical dimensions. Understanding DPI, resolution, scale, and print quality requirements. You must be able to: Take AI-generated artwork and upscale it professionally. Improve sharpness, clarity, and detail without making the image look artificial. Fix flaws, artifacts, distortions, and low-resolution areas. Prepare artwork for large-format printing at sizes such as 2x3 meters, 3x4 meters, or larger. Make small Photoshop edits when needed. Follow exact instructions and deliver clean final files. Communicate clearly by voice and confirm file quality before delivery. Important: We are serious about the final print quality. These images are not being used only for social media or small digital previews. They are being printed at large physical sizes, often on aluminum sheets or wall panels, where blur, pixelation, artifacts, and poor upscaling will be visible.
