Pilates Education Writer & Illustrator Needed for Professional Reformer Pilates Textbook

We are looking for an experienced Pilates education writer/content developer to help create a professional textbook for our Pilates Teacher Training Academy. We will provide a complete course syllabus, module structure and learning objectives. Your role will be to turn this framework into a comprehensive, engaging and easy-to-understand Reformer Pilates teacher training textbook. The textbook will be used by students studying to become professional Pilates instructors, so accuracy, clarity and educational quality are extremely important. The project will include: Writing detailed textbook content based on our provided syllabus Reformer Pilates anatomy and biomechanics Reformer equipment anatomy, set-up and safety Exercise repertoire Exercise purpose and muscle involvement Starting positions and step-by-step execution Spring/set-up guidance where appropriate Coaching and teaching cues Common mistakes and corrections Modifications, regressions and progressions Contraindications and safety considerations Observation and movement analysis Lesson planning and programming Professional teaching principles Supporting diagrams and illustrations throughout the textbook We also require original educational illustrations, particularly: Pilates exercise positions Reformer exercises Reformer equipment diagrams Anatomy illustrations Movement/alignment illustrations Correct vs incorrect positioning Exercise sequences The finished textbook should feel premium, modern, professional and suitable for a high-quality Pilates teacher training academy. Important All written content and illustrations must be original and created specifically for this project. We do not want content, photographs, illustrations or diagrams copied from existing Pilates textbooks, training providers or copyrighted sources. Upon final payment, we require full commercial usage rights and ownership of the commissioned deliverables, with the agreed intellectual-property terms included in the Upwork contract.
